Fleet, weak-grid and remote uses for Z200120

Operators reposition the mobile battery system to add high-power DC charging where fixed bays or site input are limited.

Z200120 Fleet overflow charging application
Use case 01 · Fleet overflow charging

Add high-capacity charging outside fixed fleet bays.

When grid capacity and fixed charging positions are limited, trained operators can reposition Z200120 to an ordinary fleet parking space. Its battery then delivers high-power DC charging where the vehicle is parked, while connector selection, cable routing and the daily charging plan remain under site control.

  • 200-400 kWh stored energy
  • 120-360 kW charging output
  • Multiple connector configurations

Z200120 Weak-grid charging buffer application
Use case 02 · Weak-grid charging buffer

Store limited site input for later high-power charging.

Z200120 separates the rate of energy collection from the charging demand. Depending on the project configuration, it can recharge from an EV DC charger or AC three-phase input, store energy over time and later provide controlled high-power vehicle charging at a constrained commercial site.

  • EV DC or AC three-phase recharge
  • Controlled high-power discharge
  • Project-sized energy and duty cycle

Z200120 Remote industrial charging application
Use case 03 · Remote industrial charging

Reposition charging capacity between remote work zones.

For mines, quarries, temporary infrastructure and other controlled work areas, Z200120 can be repositioned by trained operators to serve electric utility and service vehicles. This brings a large battery and DC charging output closer to the active work zone without implying autonomous travel.

  • Operator-controlled repositioning
  • High-capacity field charging
  • Remote and temporary deployment

Project questions

Z200120 mobile charging FAQ

Key project questions about operator-controlled movement, weak-grid charging, available energy and high-power fleet operation.

Does Z200120 include an automatic-driving module?

No. Z200120 does not include the automatic-driving module used by Z10080. It is repositioned by trained operators using the approved site-handling procedure, route and safety controls.

How can Z200120 support a weak-grid charging site?

The battery can collect energy at the available site-input rate and later deliver controlled high-power DC charging to a vehicle. Input capacity, recharge time, daily energy demand and duty cycle are confirmed during project engineering.

What charging power and energy capacity are available?

Current brochure configurations list 200-400 kWh of battery capacity and 120-360 kW of output power. Final capacity, connector standard, cable arrangement and operating limits are confirmed for each project.
