We collect the name, company, country or region, business email, telephone number, project requirements, product or page context and campaign parameters supplied with an enquiry. We use them to answer the request, prepare a quotation, assess technical and destination-market requirements, prevent abuse, maintain project records and comply with legal obligations.
Depending on the applicable law, processing is based on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legitimate business and security interests, legal obligations, or consent where consent is specifically required.
Recipients and international transfers
Authorized personnel supporting MAINERAY projects may access enquiry information in China. The website is hosted in Singapore and uses Cloudflare for delivery and security. Zoho processes email when you contact us by email. WhatsApp or WeChat processes information only when you choose those channels. Necessary project details may be shared with qualified supply, logistics, certification, payment, platform or professional-service participants under an appropriate business purpose.
We do not sell personal information. Where an international transfer requires safeguards, we use the mechanism required by the applicable law and can provide further information on request.
Retention and security
Ordinary prospect enquiries are generally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Records connected with an active quotation, order, warranty, dispute or legal obligation may be retained longer for the relevant contract or statutory period. Database backups are normally retained for 30 days.
We use HTTPS, access controls, restricted server permissions, rate limits, backups and administrative safeguards. No Internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices and rights
