Does a 480 kW charger always deliver 480 kW to one vehicle?

No. Actual charging power is limited by the vehicle, battery temperature, state of charge, connector, cable and the charger configuration.

What should be confirmed for highway payment?

Confirm the destination market, payment terminal requirements, acquiring provider, QR workflow, receipt needs, OCPP backend and responsible operating party.
